Thank you for purchasing the Game. This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“the User”) and the seller of this game (“the Developer”).

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play the Game on your personal devices for your own use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Share, copy, upload, or redistribute the Game
Resell or sublicense the Game
Use the Game for commercial or promotional purposes without permission

3. Ownership

The Game and all related content remain the intellectual property of the Developer. This license does not give you ownership of the Game or any of its assets.

4. Updates & Support

This license does not guarantee future updates or technical support. Any updates provided are covered by this same EULA unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

As this is a digital product, refunds are not available once the download has begun.

6. Liability

The Game is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. The Developer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues that arise from use of the Game.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.
